Job Description

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

  • Administration and maintenance of workstations and other hardware; including asset management 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, phone, and other IT issues 
  • Provide support using remote diagnostics and access tools to internal and offsite employees 
  • Respond and manage IT support tickets and provide resolution and completion of issues 
  • Support aspects of our office IT infrastructure, including design, implementation, and end user interaction 
  • Mentor and support team members in their daily workload, offering assistance and support for more advanced problems 
  • Handle onboarding and deactivation of employee accounts 
  • Identify and create documents for knowledgebase 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

  • Strong hands-on technical skill with personal computers, laptops, and other devices 
  • Experience in customer service and IT support 
  • Experience with PC and Apple hardware and software 
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Great teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to research and resolve issues escalated due to the complexity and/or time restrictions 
  • Must work well in a multi-task environment 
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to establish priorities
