Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop architectural designs and documentation for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

- Utilize AutoCAD and other design tools to produce accurate and efficient project drafts.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is preferred.
- Experience with retail architectural projects is highly advantageous.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project-related needs.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Registration or ability to become registered as an architect is preferred.
