Overview

  • Lead multi-family construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with strong analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams effectively.
