Overview

• Lead multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules for multifamily construction projects.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve project challenges effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily construction project management; 5 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in ground-up construction processes and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and environmental protocols.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for effective project tracking.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive project success.
