Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Draft professional emails for committee members, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage departmental mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Track and organize data using spreadsheets and other tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and interface with clients as needed.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite and Google Docs for document creation and management.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Training Programs, and assist other department members.
  • Participate in a mission-driven organization with a commitment to social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and edit emails for communication with committee members, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries in the department mailbox efficiently.
  • Track and analyze data using spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental initiatives and projects.
  • Interface with clients and committee members to address their needs professionally.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite and Google Docs for document creation and management.
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Training Programs, and other department members as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and contribute to a supportive work culture.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and data tracking skills using spreadsheets.
  • Ability to interface professionally with clients and committee members.
  • Hybrid work model requiring in-office presence on specific days.
