Job Description

Overview

  • Lead multiple software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage dependencies effectively.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, track, and deliver project milestones successfully.
  • Analyze and document stakeholder requests, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely resolution of blockers and defects to maintain project momentum.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Schedule and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Actively track and manage sprint deliverables, ensuring completeness and prioritization.
  • Create and maintain project roadmaps, updating them as priorities and work requests evolve.
  • Manage communications with external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Develop and document detailed requirements, partnering with teams to address technical trade-offs.
  • Support testing teams by evaluating test coverage and signing off on completed testing.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and manage project issues to achieve sprint objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and SQL; coding knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down high-level goals into tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder interactions and team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering value and achieving objectives.
