Job Description
Overview
- Manage and optimize the UKG Dimensions platform for accurate time tracking and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and enhance workforce management functionality.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system performance and user experience.
- Design and configure pay rules, work schedules, and leave policies within UKG Pro WFM.
- Analyze timekeeping processes to reduce payroll errors and implement system upgrades.
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective system utilization.
- Generate reports and metrics to aid in workforce management decision-making.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve HRIS tickets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Configure pay rules, employee schedules, and leave policies within UKG Dimensions.
- Monitor daily timekeeping and attendance exceptions to ensure compliance.
- Create ad hoc reports and metrics to support workforce management.
- Provide technical support and training to field managers and end-users.
- Analyze and improve timekeeping processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and patches.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws in timekeeping practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage HRIS tickets effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or similar systems.
- Preferred 4 years of experience in workforce management systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and Boomi integrations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence.
