Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and optimize the UKG Dimensions platform for accurate time tracking and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and enhance workforce management functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Design and configure pay rules, work schedules, and leave policies within UKG Pro WFM.
  • Analyze timekeeping processes to reduce payroll errors and implement system upgrades.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Generate reports and metrics to aid in workforce management decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve HRIS tickets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Configure pay rules, employee schedules, and leave policies within UKG Dimensions.
  • Monitor daily timekeeping and attendance exceptions to ensure compliance.
  • Create ad hoc reports and metrics to support workforce management.
  • Provide technical support and training to field managers and end-users.
  • Analyze and improve timekeeping processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and patches.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws in timekeeping practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage HRIS tickets effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or similar systems.
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in workforce management systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and Boomi integrations is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
