Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams on system enhancements, replacements, and migrations.
- Support platforms managing investment lifecycle data and financial activities, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable functional directions.
- Assess downstream data, reporting, and operational impacts of system changes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Connect cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across initiatives to achieve project goals.
- Track progress, surface risks, and communicate status and implications effectively to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with 5 years preferred in consulting, finance technology, or related transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of finance data flows and operational accounting environments.
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or migrations is essential.
- Private equity or alternative asset management experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional forums and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success.
