Overview

  • Support the recruitment of business professionals for a leading law firm.
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize on hiring priorities and role requirements.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize ATS systems effectively for accurate candidate tracking and data management.
  • Stay informed on industry recruitment trends and market shifts.
  • Work closely with staffing agencies to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Participate in additional HR projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in legal or professional services.
  • Proficiency in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
