Overview

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance property operations and achieve investment objectives.
  • Conduct market research to inform leasing strategies and investment decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive business plans, budgets, and financial analyses to support asset management.
  • Assist in acquisition due diligence and disposition processes for portfolio optimization.
  • Participate in strategic projects, including hold-sell analysis and refinancing evaluations.
  • Provide valuation and return analyses to guide organizational decision-making.
  • Support development initiatives by reviewing plans and managing financial draws.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor asset-level performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate lease proposals and oversee leasing processes to maximize asset value.
  • Conduct market assessments and provide actionable recommendations for portfolio optimization.
  • Collaborate with partners and service providers to enhance property operations.
  • Perform valuations for properties and portfolios, supporting strategic planning.
  • Assist in acquisition and disposition processes to ensure thorough evaluation and execution.
  • Engage in special projects, including hold-sell analysis and refinancing evaluations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, or finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing complex tasks independently.
  • Experience in real estate cash flow modeling and development planning.
  • Ability to conduct market assessments and deliver actionable insights.
