Overview

  • Support fundraising initiatives by managing investor inquiries and coordinating due diligence processes with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and accurate updates for stakeholders.
  • Prepare compelling materials, including RFPs, pitch decks, and operational documents tailored to investor needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational strategies to enhance investor engagement and outreach.
  • Maintain and organize data rooms, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of marketing collateral.
  • Create and update detailed investor profiles to support strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate information flow between internal teams to streamline investor onboarding processes.
  • Provide timely updates on fundraising pipelines and investor communications to leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and manage impactful fundraising presentations and materials in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct post-investor meeting analyses to gather insights and coordinate follow-up actions effectively.
  • Maintain and update data rooms, ensuring they are accessible and organized for investor reviews.
  • Regularly update marketing materials and firm statistics to ensure accurate communication.
  • Enhance CRM strategies by developing and maintaining detailed investor profiles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in fundraising support, investor relations, or client service roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and data management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
