Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead architectural projects through all phases, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to achieve integrated project solutions.
  • Develop detailed designs and documentation using state-of-the-art software tools.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and regulations in all project aspects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for design and documentation tasks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  • Preferred certification in USGBC LEED or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage projects through all phases, from concept to construction.
