Overview

  • Lead construction projects as a Superintendent for a growing development and construction firm.
  • Ensure project completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and preconstruction teams.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in construction management roles.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial projects ranging from $5M to $10M.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
