Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges proactively.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
- Preferred 10 years of experience in construction management roles.
- Proven track record in managing commercial projects ranging from $5M to $10M.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
