Overview

  • Support Portfolio Managers in a dynamic investment environment, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless coordination of research and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with investment professionals, analysts, and corporate management teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Organize and maintain research materials, databases, and CRM systems for accurate and efficient data management.
  • Coordinate corporate access meetings, site visits, and investor days to support investment strategies.
  • Manage complex schedules and travel arrangements for Portfolio Managers, ensuring seamless execution of plans.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, contributing to the success of the investment team.
  • Enhance workflows and operational efficiency through proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a team-oriented atmosphere with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate corporate access meetings, including logistics for site visits, conferences, and investor days.
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for Portfolio Managers, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining research materials, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for communications related to Portfolio Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding corporate access and information handling.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency for the investment team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support investment strategies and operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, investment management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or investment management.
  • Strong interest in public equities and financial markets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial data platforms like Bloomberg or FactSet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior investment professionals in a fast-paced environment.
