Overview

- Coordinate corporate access meetings, site visits, and investor days to support investment strategies.
- Manage complex schedules and travel arrangements for Portfolio Managers, ensuring seamless execution of plans.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate corporate access meetings, including logistics for site visits, conferences, and investor days.
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for Portfolio Managers, ensuring efficient time management.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining research materials, databases, and CRM systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for communications related to Portfolio Managers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding corporate access and information handling.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency for the investment team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support investment strategies and operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, investment management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or investment management.
- Strong interest in public equities and financial markets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial data platforms like Bloomberg or FactSet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
