Overview

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across various levels within the organization.
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless scheduling experience.
  • Work remotely, aligning with U.S. West Coast time zones.
  • Support a professional and fast-paced environment with dynamic scheduling needs.
  • Leverage Google Meet and other technologies for scheduling and communication.
  • Provide flexible support tailored to family schedules and part-time availability.

  • Collaborate with executives and candidates to ensure smooth interview processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in senior or managerial roles.

  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable interacting with executives and candidates professionally.
