Product Manager

Overview

• Lead product strategy for innovative finance solutions targeting mid-market FinTech and Office of the CFO workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-enabled enterprise SaaS products addressing AP, AR, and risk automation needs.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with market demands, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency goals.
• Engage with customers to validate use cases and ensure product alignment with real-world finance operations.

• Represent the company in industry forums, establishing thought leadership and promoting product adoption.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Gather and analyze market requirements to identify automation gaps and compliance constraints in finance workflows.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, AI-powered solutions for enterprise finance environments.
• Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents and mockups to guide product development.
• Manage product backlog priorities and execution using tools like Jira.
• Track product metrics to evaluate feature adoption, user engagement, and business impact.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote product features and establish industry presence.
• Ensure products meet compliance and audit requirements for enterprise finance operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as finance, accounting, or technology.
• 4+ years of experience in product management roles within enterprise finance environments.
• Proven ability to develop AI-enabled SaaS products for compliance-sensitive workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial close processes, and shared services operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and managing product roadmaps.
• Comfort working directly with customers and GTM teams to validate product strategies.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and risk automation systems preferred.
