Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance to resolve construction challenges and ensure project integrity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for project tracking and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for construction processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any deviations from planned objectives.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project supervision.
  • Proficiency in ground-up construction methodologies and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to commute to project sites as required.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities for team coordination.
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in construction project supervision.
