Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of five years in patient care delivery.
- Registered Nurse License in Oregon and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Minimum four years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in ICU or PACU operations and patient safety protocols.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, quality standards, and business process improvement.
- Preferred certifications include PALS and ANCC in a related practice area.
- Experience in change management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
