Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active Registered Nurse license in Oregon.
- Minimum of three years of experience in patient care delivery and business operations.
- At least two years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in perioperative and surgical services operations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; PALS certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of patient safety, compliance management, and evidence-based medicine principles.
- Excellent skills in workforce planning, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
