Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
- Preferred 7 years of experience in overseeing K-12 construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations.
