  • Leverage cutting-edge platforms like Aladdin, CTM, Alert, and Bloomberg for trade settlement management.
  • Contribute to compliance monitoring and operational controls to uphold industry standards.
  • Participate in document management, including tracking amendments and assisting with corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage trade settlements across multiple asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and facilitate transaction processing.
  • Maintain and operate trade settlement platforms for streamlined operations.
  • Review and process critical documentation, including agreements and confirmations.
  • Liaise with counterparties for compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Support investor reporting and assist in reconciling transactions.
  • Monitor investment compliance and operational controls to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on trade documentation and agreements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services operations; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in trade settlement platforms like Aladdin, CTM, and Bloomberg.
  • Strong understanding of syndicated and private loans, derivatives, and security data.
  • Experience with loan documentation, including Credit Agreements and Purchase Agreements.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities in team settings.
