Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Respond to and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and system cleaning.
- Provide training and assistance to end-users on IT tools and systems.
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate on larger IT projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in IT operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues.
- Interest in developing skills in servers, cloud technologies, and AWS.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED; technology certifications are a plus.
- Reliable onsite presence and strong communication abilities.
