Job Description

Overview

  • Support construction projects by overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to coordinate resources and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Assist in managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
  • Support the resolution of technical issues and challenges during project execution.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment required for project execution.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate communication between various project teams to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or project management.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
