Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives and revenue goals.
  • Identify and target potential customers using advanced tools and platforms for prospecting.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and meetings to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, and quotes to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and forecast demand.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, expenses, and progress reports to ensure transparency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience with technical products, ideally in automation or motion control.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, approximately 50% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Physical capability to travel and occasionally handle items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Experience in cross-selling and diverse sales activities is highly desirable.
