Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage all phases of architectural project delivery, from initial planning to final execution and completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Provide technical and administrative supervision to project teams, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee client satisfaction, service quality, and financial performance of assigned projects.
• Utilize Revit, graphic presentation software, and Microsoft Office for effective project documentation and communication.
• Ensure compliance with architectural regulations and standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop innovative solutions for public projects and other market sectors, enhancing project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited university program.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in Revit, presentation graphic software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing projects in sectors such as healthcare, aviation, and education.
• Registered Architect or qualifications to become registered.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
