Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Assist with expense reporting, tracking attendance, and managing DEI training session completions.
  • Coordinate events, including welcoming guests, managing sign-in sheets, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Draft communications and correspondence to support team initiatives effectively.
  • Work on-site Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
  • Engage in a contract role with a duration of three months, with potential for extension.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Utilize organizational skills to maintain efficiency in daily operations and team support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and manage expense reports for the DEI team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Track attendance and completion of DEI training sessions, maintaining detailed records.
  • Assist in event coordination, including guest reception and logistical arrangements.
  • Draft and distribute communications to support DEI initiatives and team activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to support team operations.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and document management.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing expense reports and tracking training attendance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for event coordination.
  • Effective communication skills for drafting and distributing correspondence.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site and remote days.
  • Experience supporting team operations in a professional setting.
