Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Drive execution of hardware development programs, tracking milestones and risks.
- Establish and scale engineering processes and documentation workflows.
- Support hiring strategies and team structuring for engineering departments.
- Interface with defense customers and suppliers to align technical strategies.
- Translate mission requirements into actionable engineering plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or hardware systems.
- Proven expertise in mechanical system design and development processes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with defense-grade requirements and manufacturing scale-up.
- Ability to obtain or hold a security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
- Preferred experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or advanced hardware systems.
