Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive emergency care.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Current RN License in Texas or compact license.
- Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, PALS within 6 months; TNCC within 18 months; ENPC or CEN within 18 months.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in emergency department operations and multidisciplinary team coordination.
- Experience in budget preparation, quality improvement, and physician relationship management.
- Ability to perform diversified duties with high accuracy under time constraints.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to foster effective working relationships.
