Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and present detailed cost estimates for construction projects using design-build methodologies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align estimates with project goals.

- Monitor and update project budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Job Requirements
