Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing with expertise in clinical nursing specialty.
• Active Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist licenses in California.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical area, preferably five years in a specialty area.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor healthcare teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex clinical scenarios.
