Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction management, preferably in healthcare projects.
• Proficiency in construction software and tools for cost estimation and project planning.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
