Overview

- Oversee project teams of 5-6 members, providing guidance and ensuring project objectives are met.
- Utilize Revit software for design and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage complex projects, including DoD physical labs and testing facilities, with durations exceeding one year.
- Provide mentorship to junior architects and designers, fostering professional growth within the team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines throughout project execution.
- Report to senior leadership, providing updates on project progress and challenges.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and manage architectural designs for technical and pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate architectural and technical requirements seamlessly.
- Lead client meetings to present design concepts and address feedback effectively.
- Supervise project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed project documentation using Revit and other industry-standard software.
- Monitor project budgets and resources, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Provide training and support to team members on architectural practices and software tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in technical or pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation purposes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5-6 members.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills for effective collaboration.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines relevant to architectural projects.
- Ability to manage complex projects with durations exceeding one year.
- Registered Architect (RA) certification highly preferred.
