Overview
- Lead operational oversight across three Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in a dynamic and growing healthcare organization.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Directors of Nursing and corporate leadership to align clinical and operational priorities.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, and operational analysis.
- Develop and execute strategies for new ASC openings and expansion initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with physician partners and stakeholders to support growth and collaboration.
- Maintain a self-directed schedule with significant local travel between sites.
- Contribute to the organization's growth trajectory and operational success.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the administrative leader for three ASCs, ensuring operational performance and readiness.
- Design and manage effective cross-site travel schedules to maintain presence at each center.
- Collaborate with Directors of Nursing to support clinical teams and operational priorities.
- Prepare materials for governing board meetings and act as the administrative liaison.
- Monitor financial metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and present updates to leadership.
- Oversee compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements across sites.
- Lead survey readiness and inspections, ensuring consistent policy implementation.
- Build relationships with physician partners and address concerns professionally.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Administrator or equivalent leader at an ASC.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites or business units simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and operational analysis.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) background is strongly preferred.
- Experience with orthopedic, total joint, GI/endoscopy, or multispecialty ASC service lines.
- Familiarity with AAAHC or Joint Commission accreditation processes.
- Comfortable with significant local travel and managing a fluid schedule.
