POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Full Desk Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting team specializing in healthcare. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and long-term care providers to establish business relationships.
• Analyze healthcare staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
• Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings within the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies and goals.
• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting of healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placement activities.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates utilizing ATS and other sourcing resources effectively.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications for healthcare resumes to match client needs accurately.
• Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates in the healthcare industry.
• Collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes and ensure optimal outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and staffing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
