POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Full Desk Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting team specializing in healthcare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, build meaningful relationships, and expand market presence within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is experienced in recruitment and business development, possesses strong communication skills, and has a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and long-term care providers to establish business relationships.
- Analyze healthcare staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
- Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings within the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies and goals.
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting of healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placement activities.
- Build and maintain a network of candidates utilizing ATS and other sourcing resources effectively.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications for healthcare resumes to match client needs accurately.
- Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates in the healthcare industry.
- Collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes and ensure optimal outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
