Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Organize and tag digital assets in MediaValet, ensuring metadata accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in creating, testing, and deploying email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage social media platforms, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and compiling analytics reports.
- Coordinate logistics for promotional materials, including inventory management and shipping.
- Support event-related marketing activities, ensuring timely production of printed materials.
- Process invoices and maintain administrative records using Concur for efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and campaign outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Hybrid work arrangement: In-office Tuesday–Thursday; telework Monday and Friday.
