Overview

  • Manage and optimize global website properties to align with brand and business priorities.
  • Coordinate updates for website content, including press releases, bios, and thought leadership materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Lead SEO strategies to enhance organic discoverability and track digital engagement effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards for all website activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders contributing to website management.
  • Participate in agile workflows, including backlog management and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Update and maintain website content weekly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Offer expertise in content management systems and user experience best practices.
  • Coordinate website requests, prioritizing updates and enhancements across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop and implement website updates.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document discrepancies for resolution.
  • Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, delivering actionable reports.
  • Maintain SEO strategies and tracking mechanisms for consistent performance measurement.
  • Identify and recommend ongoing optimizations based on user feedback and analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in website management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, preferably Drupal, and web development (HTML).
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong skills in SEO and analytics reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
