Job Description

Overview

  • Support prospective tenants by providing detailed information about housing options and guiding them through the leasing process.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including application reviews, lease preparation, and compliance with housing policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and leasing documentation for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient leasing operations and tenant satisfaction.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote available housing units and attract prospective tenants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving tenant issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the client’s housing initiatives by ensuring adherence to leasing policies and regulations.
  • Stay informed about housing regulations and trends to enhance leasing processes and tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing features and benefits of available units.
  • Process leasing applications, verifying applicant information and ensuring compliance with housing policies.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to address concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies to improve occupancy rates.
  • Monitor leasing metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote housing options and attract qualified tenants.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent education in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or property management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in leasing processes, housing regulations, and property management software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with tenants and teams.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with internal teams seamlessly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage leasing documentation and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks and reporting.
