POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Construction Recruiter to join our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division specializing in commercial construction opportunities. This role offers an excellent chance to connect with industry professionals and contribute to a dynamic team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for permanent commercial construction roles, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Build and maintain relationships with construction professionals such as Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates.
- Analyze resumes to parse specialized skills and qualifications relevant to the construction industry.
- Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction recruiting or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and its key roles and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment goals.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a supportive team setting.
