POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Principal Recruiter to join our dynamic Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) recruiting division. This role focuses on connecting top talent with opportunities in commercial construction, leveraging industry expertise and innovative recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, experienced in recruitment, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for permanent commercial construction professionals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates at all career stages, including Superintendents, Construction PMs, and Estimators.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to build a robust network of qualified candidates.
- Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications relevant to the AEC industry.
- Implement creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and evaluate data to optimize hiring processes and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools effectively.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry and relevant roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and client interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrated drive to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
