Overview

  • Collaborate closely with the General Counsel and legal team on real estate-related legal tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist the General Counsel with legal matters related to real estate, including leasing and litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft reports, analysis, and presentations as required.
  • Manage compliance and administrative law tasks to ensure organizational adherence to regulations.
  • Handle landlord/tenant cases and transactional matters with precision and professionalism.
  • Utilize strong computer literacy to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and execute assigned duties in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organization and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance legal expertise and capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and strong computer literacy.
  • Experience in commercial leasing, landlord/tenant cases, transactional matters, and litigation.
  • Fluency in a second language is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with great organization.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
