Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and document feedback.
- Post and manage job openings on various platforms with manager approval.
- Refine job descriptions and collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Promote job openings internally to encourage referrals.
- Coordinate onboarding meetings and send pre-start communications to new hires.
- Draft and distribute welcome announcements for new employees.
- Pair new hires with onboarding buddies to facilitate their integration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and escalate onboarding concerns.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage flexible schedules.
- Experience in conducting interviews across multiple disciplines.
