Overview

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to execute design-build projects effectively.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing adjustments as necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the company's growth by delivering high-quality projects and maintaining repeat business.
• Participate in estimating and planning phases to ensure project feasibility and alignment with goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site.
• Manage and evaluate subcontractor performance to maintain project quality standards.

• Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
• Support estimating efforts by providing insights and expertise during project planning stages.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing design-build projects and repeat customer engagements.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and budgeting.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
