Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal and safe patient care throughout the continuum.
  • Monitor resource needs and manage equipment, supplies, and medications effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Provide clinical supervision and maintain expertise to direct care provision in the unit.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve performance targets and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage care delivery operations within a 24/7 environment, ensuring alignment with clinical and utilization standards.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and hold them accountable for performance and quality of care.
  • Develop and implement plans for data analysis and resource management across departments.
  • Ensure emergency preparedness and recovery plans are current and staff are trained.
  • Drive continuous improvement of clinical practices and operations for patient and staff safety.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for integrated services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in patient care delivery and 4 years in leadership roles.
  • Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare standards.
  • Proven ability to manage resources effectively and lead multidisciplinary teams.
