POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in IT staffing solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with top-tier professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to talent acquisition strategies within the IT sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage IT professionals to fulfill client staffing needs effectively.
  • Analyze industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Drive revenue by negotiating contracts and securing staffing agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates across various career stages.
  • Stay updated on industry-specific products and trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Implement creative approaches to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Collect and analyze data to refine and improve hiring processes continuously.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to assess and address new hiring needs and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the tech industry and ability to discuss relevant skills and companies.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and effective follow-up strategies.
  • Strong ethical standards and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced work environments and ability to think on your feet.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team-oriented setting.
