Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification with equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation technology tools essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and expert interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research using platforms like LexisNexis.
