Overview
- Assist in managing complex real estate finance transactions, including construction loans, syndications, and joint venture recapitalizations.
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure seamless execution of multijurisdictional financing projects.
- Perform detailed due diligence, focusing on title and survey review and compliance analysis.
- Draft and review real estate finance documentation under attorney supervision.
- Coordinate and facilitate transaction closings, including preparation of closing checklists and deliverables.
- Conduct legal research on real estate finance issues relevant to jurisdictional requirements.
- Serve as a liaison for clients and third parties throughout transaction processes.
- Engage in a hybrid work environment, combining remote and on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with Paralegal certification required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate finance transactions; five years preferred.
- Proficiency in title and survey review and analysis for compliance.
- Knowledge of jurisdictional real property statutes and recording practices.
- Experience with software platforms such as iManage, Excel, SharePoint, and online portals.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
