Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Produce architectural drawings and details from conceptual sketches, renderings, and field measurements.
• Assist in project development through all phases, ensuring adherence to design standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and interior design studio for integrated project execution.
• Utilize Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD for design and documentation tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural and structural elements.
• Maintain project schedules and deliverables, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Contribute to client interactions and presentations, showcasing design concepts and solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input for project improvement and innovation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent educational background.
• 5-8 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in commercial office sector projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong skills in producing architectural drawings and details from conceptual sketches.
• Experience in engineering coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
