Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to professional nursing standards.
- Coordinate patient care plans, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and practices.
- Accurately document patient services and updates in electronic medical records systems.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families to promote understanding and comfort.

Job Requirements

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required, with flexible scheduling.
