Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of surgical services, ensuring efficient and safe patient care delivery.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and material management, to optimize department performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements, including Title 22.
- Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes and operational workflows.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical proficiency and professional growth.
- Analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance department efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current California RN license and BLS provider card mandatory.
- National certification in clinical area of expertise preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and supervisory practices within healthcare settings.
- Strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal communication abilities.
