POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences staffing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to engage with top-tier industry professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to innovative talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate is experienced in business development, recruitment, and possesses a deep understanding of non-patient facing clinical roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage potential clients in pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors for staffing solutions.
• Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across various career stages.
• Utilize ATS and sourcing resources to develop a robust candidate network.
• Implement creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
• Analyze data to enhance hiring processes and meet organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development.
• Proven industry knowledge to discuss relevant skills and companies effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and candidate engagement.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented work environments.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a dynamic team setting.
